You may return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. As our warehouse is located in Asia, return shipping costs typically range between AUD 25 and AUD 50. To ensure safe delivery, we strongly recommend using a Track & Trace service as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Email us at info@willowbay-boutique.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

 

Step 2: Send Your Package

Once we provide return instructions, send the items to the address provided. Please ensure you use a shipping method with Track & Trace for safe delivery. As the sender, you are responsible for the return.

 

Step 3: Receive Your Refund

After receiving your returned items in good condition, we will process your refund within 14 business days to your original payment method.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that plans can change. However, all purchases are considered final and cannot be canceled once an order is placed. If you need to return your order, please follow the return policy outlined above.

 

Important Notes:

Returned products must be in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.

Items showing signs of use or damage beyond our control may not qualify for a refund.

All returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
